I don't know enough about this and the people on the forum to make a complaint,,,just a question. Seems to me like the last 3 posts to this forum were from businesses. Signs, and the next 2 that say "I have some..."
I also have questions re: the "detailing forum" Doesn't seem right that it is run by a company.
Now we also have an administrator who doesn't own a motorcycle.
How can we trust what are "individual riders" who share our passion and what is just a business (however well intentioned) making a buck?

I asked a question the other day, I said I donate money to this sight and I was wanting to know where my money went and I did not get a responce. I see that the ouner/ouners of this site have many more forums that they are invalved with, I just want to know if the money I donate goes to this web site.

 

Very good question? I was wondeing the same thing when I figured out why some people had contributor by their name. Were does the money go and why?

 

I have talked to the owner of the forum numerous times.

He has assured me that the monies donated to this forum go to this forum. Most of those funds go right back into getting us on Google Search engines and the like. This is not cheap, $75 a month, I believe, and that is just for Google. Thare are other costs such as server space, bandwidth, software, etc. All of those things lead to more users, which makes a better forum. I'm certain that Ralph is not getting rich from our donations...

If you want more info, and you're not getting it, let me know, and I'll contact Ralph.
