Default Continental tires

Has anyone put Continental tires(not the car) on a Ultra? I am just not getting the wear out of
Dunlops to justify 140.00 + mounting to justify the cost. It was the same on the Honda I had before, went
to a different brand(can't remember crap tonite)weird name, and got great mileage out of them.

I ran the Continentals on all my metrics and had good results.

Great tire, long last excellent traction, but.........
The fronts have the center line grove, it will follow lines in the road, not as bad as the Dunlops, but still annoying to me.
The rear have the flat center, so it's very stable going straight, but has a noticeable "hump" to get over when leaning, not as bad as the Dunlops, but I don't like this either.
The Metzlers and Avons will wear faster than the Dunlops and Continentals, but don't not have the characteristics that I mentioned above.

Metzler ME 880 is a great tire. I have over 17k on the rear tire of my Roadstar. It still has at least 1k miles to go.
