How to install tank bra

I bought a H-D tank bra this evening and darned if it doesn't seem to be impossible to install. Anyone ever do this? All help appreciated.

Seemed my problems were always getting the bras off, but that was when I was younger...

Sorry, you were talking about BIKE bras...

I have never put one on a bike before, just on a car. You probably have to start by taking the seat off. But what do I know.
I hate to say that you should look at the instructions....so I won't.
