My rear tire is almost ready for replacement. I noticed on Bridgestone's website that they make a model VT01 tire for American bikes. They come in 130/90-16H front and rear with a load rating of 73H (front) and 77H (rear). These tires would seem to be a compatible replacement tire for the Harley touring bikes ( Ultra's, RoadGlide, etc). Has anyone tried these tires or know of anyone using them? I think they might be a new model tire, and as I have used Stones on my bike's before the Ultra would like to try them out. The online stores don't seem to carry them is why I think they might be new.

Anybody have any comments or info?

 

I was wrong on the load ratings. They are 67H front and 73H rear. The load ratings are below Dunlops specs and so they may not be suitable for the Ultra's. Sorry, I was hoping for a viable alternative to the Dunlop's. We can always use more options!

use bridgestones on my roadglide ? i ride two up alot.
