Unsupported ecu on new power vision

I installed the power vision an getting an " unsupported ecu fault." I made sure I followed the instructions, bike is on and in "run." Any ideas how to get the power vision to marry up to the bike?

Do you also have the kill switch in the run position?

Any chance the bike was previously tuned? I think the TTS tuner locks the ECU & prevents access.

If you are getting his error you have non current firmware and tune database and need to run the PV Update client.

A user on another forum had the same issue, turned out it was because he was using Chrome browser to update the software. Said he used Edge & everything worked.
