I bought a set of these for my son wife and I, I have my bike up for sale so we will not be using these.

Out side dimensions (wide, tall)?
How big/small is the biggest pocket (were is the access)?
Are all three the same size?

The Main zippered compartment is behind the "conceal carry" pocket
The dimensions are shown in the photos using a 12" ruler
