We all have plenty of places to find parts and accessories for our rides. Just wanted to post a friendly note to avoid classiccrusier.com for your part of accessory needs. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Hope this helps someone not make the same error I did.

I ordered a set of pipes from classiccruiser.com over 1 week ago and have been checking the status of my order to see when it will ship. The status remains unchanged, displaying my order date only. I've called customer service numerous times only to receive a voice mailbox. I left a message each time requesting a call back and have not gotten one. I've emailed them twice for a status update and have gotten no response. I'm cancelling my order and want to warn others to avoid classiccruiser.com.
IIRC I ordered a Propipe and Mustang seat from them since 2007.
Got the orders in quickly,however the seat was used not new.Exchanged it easily.
