I have a car on CL for sale or trade for HD. I've been bombarded with all kinds of offers but I'm really looking for one of 2 bikes. A '95-97 Bad Boy Softail or a 2000-present Road King. Given the audience here, what should I expect from each bike on trade?

There is a guy on CL Frederick trying to trade a 74 Nova with built small block for a Harley twin-cam. As far as I'm concerned he better have some cash in hand because the car he's pushin' ain't worth an even up trade but my feeling is he thinks he's going to get a Harley plus cash. I guess there may be a sucker out there.

 

I'd rather have a '74 Ford Pinto over a Harley made in the last 8 years.

 

Wait. I seriously thought the older Harley's were junk. Now your telling me the new Harley's are junk too. So if I'm putting this in my head right old Harley's suck and new Harley's suck. Crap I I'm pretty pissed cuz now I don't know what to do with this piece of junk sittin in my garage.
