Has anyone bought and used or seen the day maker headlight from Baggers Bag Inc? you can get them for like a 3rd of the price and I was curious of the quality or if they are exactly the same as hd day maker headlight.
If you want that style headlight; JW Speaker makes the projection daymakers for Harley. Buy it without the Harley name and save some coin. I paid $260 for mine versus the $499 from HD. The HD one is not even the latest model from JW speaker either.
Search for Amazon for JW Speaker 8700 Evolution 2.
The Baggers ad clearly states "THIS IS A LED PROJECTOR HEADLIGHT WITH A HIGH INTENSITY BRIGHT WHITE LEDS COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE HARLEY DAVIDSON DAYMAKER!"
It also LESS clearly states, "Projector HID LED light bulb headlight" !! HID stands for High Intensity Discharge (HP sodium, metal halide, xenon, etc.)-Not Light Emitting Diode (LED)
That said, the photo shows a projector-style LED headlight identical to the Harley Daymaker/JW Speaker. I have the original Harley Daymaker and I love it! But I hear the Speaker works just as well, is considerably less expensive, and has been updated to boot. I'll get the Speaker next time around.

Reason: ttttypo!
I've seen some headlights that don't project, they just shine. I don't know about the lights the OP is looking for but the lights that shine, really suck when they're coming at you.
I looked at both sides of the bulb on the site you show. And when looking at the back of it I see no name , model number , or anything like volts , amps or watt output . Could it be a counterfeit / knockoff from China ?
