Default My review of True Track after 1yr of use

About a year ago a good brother who was trading in his dyna gave me the true track off of it for my dyna switchback. I had about 13k on the bike and had recently added new commander 2 tires, progressive 444 shocks, race tech springs and valves in the front, and replaced both my front and rear engine mounts. Still with all these mods my bike would still wobble and get unsettled around fast sweeping turns, kinda scared the crap out of my wife a couple times. Note: I am an aggressive canyon rider, not over the top, I raced sportbikes for years, so I already had my fill on the track. Either way, I like to hit it hard at times. Basically, the true track worked wonders for me and my bike. It killed the wobbles completely, and trust me I tried, 80mph thru 50mph sweepers and stuff like that. Very pleased with the result, its been about a year and it is probably one of the best part I added to my bike, even though it was free. I would definitely buy one next time around. If you get wobbles you may want to check them out.

Before you do that, try airing up your tires with nitrogen. It will remove the tire's squirming under heavy centrifugal forces. Worked for me, though I'm not a hot rodder.

Oh dear God....

I've got a True-Track on my Roadie and I just added the front mount as well. My initial impressions are very, very good. The rear stabilizer all but ends the wobble, and the front makes it track nearly as well as my old K1600.

I installed the TruTrac with the bronze swing arm bushings on my Road King last spring. I also did the racetech spring and valve upgrade for the front this past fall. I like the way this thing handles anything that comes my way.
