Dead End Rally in Peru, Kansas
Has anyone been to this bike rally or going to it? I was looking at going but want to make sure it is worth the effort and gas to go.

Why would they specify "pets permitted"? Who wants to go to a bike rally and deal with dogs at campsites barking, raising hell and making a mess? That seems odd to me.

It keeps getting bigger. The one I went to, there were a few thousand bikes, but that was a couple years ago. It was okay as far as rallies go. I'm not into the "gettin' drunk and seeing how stupid you canact" scene, but the people that I rode down with and I stuck together and listened to some pretty good bands and had a decent time.

thx Chuck, I will be going for sure. This will be my first rally for the year. Plan on going to Sparks, OK right after this rally. It is a two week rally that is a great time.

They have a website www.sparksamerica.com I went to the rally last year in Oct. It was a great 3 day rally. It was comparable to Hogstock in Winterset, Iowa. Hogstock is another rally that is alot of fun. I will be doing Deadend, Sparks and Hogstock.
