Diver,
Take Rt 234 towards Manassas and turn onto Rt 619. You can branch out from 619 onto numerous other back country roads. There is a 4 way stop on 619 called Aden road. If you make a left it will take you around Marine Corps Base Quantico and you will end up on Rt 610, Garrisonville Rd in Stafford. Make a right and it will bring you back to Rt 234. Great roads to ride with minimal traffic and great sights. I am out of town until next week. When I get back we can link up and go for a ride.

Once you get past Fredericksburg, take rt 3west to 20 and go up thru wilderness into Orange, from there you can pretty much take your pick of which way to go. Another good ride is Rt 301 east and into MD, from there go south down to Point Lookout. Nice ride, just make sure you take cash for the bridge toll... When I get my bike fixed we'll have to go ride sometime, I'm off weekends

Driver,
We can head out 29 and take the ride over the mountain into Harrisonburg into the Shenandow Valley. A beautiful ride and a great day trip. I am renting a bike in San Diego this weekend and riding up to Big Bear Lake. Should be a great ride.
