Carlini Design Complaint.
Hello guys.
I'm here to tell my annoying story occurred to me with Carlini.
I bought a 16" blemished Flying Bar pn.MB FA125-16C for a NON-TBW bike.
Once deliverd, I noticed that the actual product was pn.MB FA125-16C FBW for a Throttle-by-wire bike.
This means that this bar is not dimpled thus it's impossible to pass the wiring harness thru the switches clamp and thru the brake lever clamp.
I wrote several emails to the them asking for a replacement with the right p/n but I got just evasive answers.
As you probably know, the Bars from Carlini are axpensive as beautyful.
What would you do in this case?
Kind regards.

Call them to discuss the issue. E-mailing any company sometimes goes unanswered if they have allot going on. Calling when you have a problem is the best thing to do in this situation. And dont be an *** on the phone; be pleasant and they will help you.
(Not saying you will be (or an) an ***, just mentioning something people sometimes dont do lol!)

Here we go with a picture.
As you can see, without a dimpled bar, there is no chance to let the electrical harness to pass thru the lever clamp.
This clamp is gonna pinch the wires.
I don't know what's the purpose of calling Carlini, everything that should have been said was clearly written by e-mail, bright like the sun.
Why the hell they don't want to replace the bar with the right one?
Best wishes
