I have not used them but they look promising. High intensity is subjective to the company's point of view as they don't give you the lumen specification for each light so you can't tell high bright they really are and the video on the site doesn't do a comparison between an incandescent bulb and their bulb.
I Google'd the #2236 and it runs for $40 so they are not cheap.

I'm interested in those! They look fairly sturdy. They are probably quite robust since they are meant to go on a motorcycle that vibrates like a washing machine with an off center load.
I have a 2015 Ultra Classic. When new, everything on the rear was LED except for the fender stop/tail light. Added the HD saddlebag lights soon after buying the bike. Didn't feel like spending $100 or more on a BAL or something similar...especially since there was so much light already there after adding the saddle bag lights. So I gambled and spent $15.00 at WalMart and bought a Pilot brand LED replacement. (I'm sure I spill at least $15.00 worth of beer each year, so another $15.00 on a light wouldn't be a big loss if it didn't work well.) Stuck it in and compared. See the photo below. Incandescent on the right, LED on the left. Quite a bit of difference. Not as intense as a BAL, but for 1/10th the price I can't complain. I've ridden with it for 15,000 miles or more. So far, so good. But I still like the looks of the Kuryakyn bulb.
