I have not been impressed with FedX. 2 day express takes 4 - 5 days. It's because FedX uses local contrators for delivery and everything get fubar. I prefer shipping by UPS.

Apparently its not been shipped by Fed Ex. They have nothing going to our address in their system. UPS doesn't check that way...I have to have a tracking # for them, which I can't get. Just searched True Track on here...apparently they aren't known for their customer service. Live and learn.

True track is easy enough to install.

Sorry to hear that you're having problems.....all I can guess is that they musta sent it by Fed Ex and it went to the sorting center in Memphis and the pilot that was supposed to carry it to your area ate some ribs at the Interstate Ribs cafe in the terminal and he got sick and couldn't fly for three or four days because we ate some of those ribs the other day in the terminal and we were sick for three or four days off of that Cr@p. (and boy do I love ribs)

Its only about a 10 minute install for some one not friendly with a wrench.

Hey all,

Here's what happened. I called on 5-29 to order. it was early in CA, and the "office" folks weren't there. The guy that answered the phone gave me a fax number and told me to fax the info for the order in. This was NOT the fax number on their website. I faxed my name, address, contact numbers, and bike info. I played phone tag with Diana the next day, trying to get my credit card number to them. Theythought it was odd that I wouldn't include my credit card number on the fax! DUH.... Diana said it would be shipped priority 2 day, and would go out that day, or the next, and that I would receive it on Friday or Saturday. I'm getting the Trackula unit (True-Track, motor mount, and swingarm kit), so I made an appointment to have it installed for this Thursday (6-7). Well.. the package didn't arrive on Tuesday (6-5), so my wife called for me to inquire about delivery (I was stuck in a training class, and unable to get to a phone). After repeated calls, and an email, she gets a call back informing her that it should ship from the warehouse sometime this week. We'll see what happens, and I'll post the results later.

The swing arm kit would make for a more time intensive install for sure.

Tommy here is a link. http://www.true-track.com/1_2006_004.htm I would rate it very high on the best bang for buck item I have put on. I only did the main kit. I have also heard alot of good about the ride str8 setup. http://www.ridestr8.com/
