On my Wide Glide, I just mount my iPhone to my bars with a handle bar mount and then I have a Sena 20s that has speakers in my helmet. Sounds pretty good for the most part. Granted you have to wear a helmet to use this set up, but it also looks cleaner than having big speakers mounted on the bars, at least in my opinion. The Sena 20s is around $280 but they have cheaper models that will accomplish the same thing if all he wants is blutooth music.

I really like that idea a lot Dan. Thanks

What happened is we led a ride a few weeks ago. He and his wife were behind us and she kept hearing music but did not know where it was coming from. He told her it was our bike. She actually thought that stereos on bikes were just a gimmick and you really could not enjoy the music. Well fast forward and they rented a 2017 Limited last weekend for three days. She enjoyed the stereo so much that she wants one now. Funny but I mentioned the Sena units to another couple just recently and did not even think about them this time. Many advantages in my opinion.

Thanks all
