Default Need recommendations for handlebar mounted stereo

Hey guys and gal. My pastor rides a Wild Guide. He wants a Limited bad but with two kids in college it is not in his budget at this time. He has asked if I can recommend a stereo system that is handlebar mounted with Bluetooth option.

I don't know where to start on that one so hopefully some of you folks can point me in the right direction.

Thank you

Default Shark audio

Google Shark audio. They have many different handlebar systems.

How much does he want to spend. I know the HD models are pretty pricy.

Hey thanks to both of you above. His budget is not a lot. He did not give a dollar amount but did use the work affordable.

The Shark products look to be a great value for not a lot of money. I'll forward that link on to him.

Ride safe!

I would tell him to save his money. I have never seen or heard a handle bar mounted system that could be heard over 50 MPH. I have the Shark system on my bike, previous owner put it on there. It sounds fine sitting in the driveway or around town, but get out on the back roads or the highway and there's no use even trying to hear it.

Yes, I've never seen a speaker system for a motorcycle that could be heard well at speed. If he really wants to hear the tunes, and if he uses a modular or full-faced helmet, a headset such as the Sena 20S is the way to go. I've never seen how speakers were much good except when waiting at the intersection.

The best way to get real audio on a bike without a fairing is to install lowers and put good speakers in run off a quality amp with a blue tooth compatible controller than can be run off a device like an IPhone etc.
I have never used one but I saw a cool looking handlebar stereo system made by hogtunes for roadkings etc.

Not true for quality systems, I can hear my tunes just fine at 80+ mph.

This is the setup I put on my Road King. This is the setup I put on my Road King.

Fairly easy to install, I did fab some brackets. Two speakers on the handlebars and two on the front engine guards. I had no trouble hearing it at 80 mph.
