Mine is only turned on in the rare event I'm doing some sort of parade type ride. Day to day it stays off. The hesitation on takeoff is a no-go for me.

Mine was off as delivered from the dealer. It took me 3,000 miles to realize it was off. Now I'm sorry I turned it on. Here in NJ , it activates at EVERY light once warmed up. I think I'm going to switch it off. Bike never felt too hot before.

How do you cut it on/off ? I have no clue if mine even has it. 2009 Softail Deluxe.

IF you have it, it has to be enabled/disabled by the dealer. Only the touring models have the option for the operator to enable/disable.
What's your VIN?

I leave mine turned on but it never activates with add on LJ cooling fans, Jagg 10 row oil cooler and PCV tuner even in the hottest Texas heat.
