Default Fuel pump not priming

2010 Stree Glide..loaded in a truck, ran fine...unloaded it...fuel pump not priming...fuse good...suggestions

Maybe tip sensor was activated somehow during loading/unloading process? I believe that stops the fuel pump from running.

where is,the tip sensor located?

It's called a bank angle sensor. Google it or look in your manual.
Also check the battery in your key fob. It might just be a coincidence but easy enough to try a new battery.

Is there a "transport mode" that needs to be unlocked?

I thought that there was something that you had to do with newer bikes when transporting them.

On bikes with the HD security system, you must place it into transport mode or the bike's motion sensors will make the lights flash, eventually draining your battery.
