1953 Harley-Davidson Servi-Car Is a Silky Black Utilitarian

Harley's Servi-Car is a legendary ride that lasted decades in production. But you'd be hard pressed to find one nicer than this!

Awesome, same age as me, but the trike looks way better lol

 

I remember seeing the Chicago Police riding these when I was young. They looked so cool. Now they ride ATVs, what a shame.

Here's a couple shots of my '53G, which gets ridden regularly. Loads of fun to ride and still very useful for running errands around town. A friend of mine has a '51 and it's always great fun to get the two Servicars together for a ride.
I remember as late as 1989 going to Baltimore's Memorial Stadium and the traffic cops on 33rd St had their Servicars lined up down the street.
