You have a beautiful country. During our most recent Europe trip, we spent a few days in Dublin, mostly in the Temple Bar District. That's where we learned this song and the story behind it:

Jessie sold thousands or his proprietary parts, frames etc. so the average "Joe" could build his own official/original Jessie James Chopper For Life (CFL). If there is a real original one of his builds you ain't gonna "discover" it. They're like Shelby Cobras. Folks knew what they were worth and they are all well documented. Only thing you could do is run the VIN numbers back to see where the bike was originally titled. You'd want to do that anyway because it isn't gonna have any extra value to you without documentation (like trying to bring in a fat Mexican girl in the trunk of your car at the border.......I've only heard).

 

I wouldn't be able to determine if it is a "real" Jesse James build or not, but I would still like to see some pictures. I am interested to see the condition you found this bike in.
