OEM Harley Lube from the dealers works really well, surprisingly. A quarter ounce tube comes with a nice needle oiler. The tube seems to last for ever. I've done all the pivot points on my Ultra Limited two years in a row plus a lot of other stuff, and there is still 1/3 of the tube left. It was $5.95 at the dealer, which I thought was probably the only good deal in there.
