Default New EBC brake pads making noise...

Hey guys and gals I really need to pick your brains for a second.
I just put new EBC V Semi-Sintered Brake Pads front and rear on my 2011 Street Glide (non-ABS).
They seem to stop just fine but make a buzzing sounds when applying the brakes. Both front and rear even with just a little pressure.
Anyone ever experience this before?
I've checked the rotors and everything looks fine. No groves or chips that I can see.
Doesn't seem to affect the braking at all but just has me a little concerned.

Thanks in advance

Get used to it or put OEM pads on it. Normal!

Had the same issue. OEM has the best bite. I am currently running the d2moto pads and there ok for the price but OEM has better bite

Yeah, should have went with OEM. Tried saving some money.
Oh well, I can get used to the buzz.

I've had the buzzing with other pads on other bikes with "drilled" rotors.

+1 Normal for sure. .. sounds like the buzz that comes from a bee hive. I dont use EBC on any of my bikes because of it.

SBS anti-squeal pad shims will fix it. Easy cut to pad shape - just be sure to entirely cover piston contact area.
Adhesive backing -

lol.... Don't feel too bad. I've been riding and wrenching on my own bikes for 55+ yrs. Almost 50 yrs on Harley's.

Probably took me 20 years to learn not to cheap out or try to save money on most aftermarket replacement parts! I was a slow learner....

You won't notice the buzz after a couple thousand miles. It'll just be part of your riding experience.

I just ordered ebc HH pads for my '09 Ultra Classic. I run them on my Intruder 1500, they stop great the only noise I hear is when rolling slowly without the brake applied. I considered stock but opted for the ebc's for $37.91 each. So I'll guess I'll find out shortly.

you can get it with the stock oem pads as well. sometimes, it sounds like a flock of cicadas when you hit the brakes....
