I haven't bought anything from them, but one of the guys that I work with with bought a Low Rider from them last year and didn't have anything bad to say about them. I have been in the San Antonio and Dallas stores and the sales people were decent. Friendly but left me alone to walk around a look at stuff. Both places told me that I was welcome to test ride anything I was interested in.
They have a lot of inventory and a lot of pretty new low mileage stuff. I am sure they are mostly auction bikes. They don't haggle on prices. The price on the tag is the price, but their prices looked to be pretty decent.

Saw a Dream Machines truck at a local Dallas HD dealership yesterday morning that was picking up HD parts so I would think DM uses good parts. Also DM is located a few blocks from an established HD dealership so they have competition for sales.

was pretty painless. they're who I bought my 2010 fat boy lo from. Not a bad price, in fact was one of the lowest around of all fat boys and I think was the lowest priced denim lo I could find.
would I buy again? yes. would I only buy from them? hell no. Always shop around obviously
salesmen were all polite and non pressuring. easy to talk with and knowledgeable. they delivered my bike for me for free pretty far from their dealer, 45 minutes or so i'd say. To be fair I don't think they realized how far I was until after they had mentioned it but they held to their agreement.
they took 500 off the price of the bike which tax pretty much added right back on. only fees I recall being added on was 125 bucks for dealer fees. I didn't really feel like trying to bargain any further so I let it slide and didn't bring it up when it came time to sign papers. to each their own on that aspect.
as mentioned I think they get a lot of auction bikes and the salesman I think told me also some from Harleys that were rentals. They have some bikes that have almost no mileage on them. and a lot that are real low miles, like a couple/few thousand.

So far we have purchased 3 bikes from them. 2015 Fatboy lo, 2014 Sportster, and a 2015 Switchback. Great experience on all 3. I would definitely use them in the future (if all other shopping around attempts fail). Our neighbor bought a Wide Glide from them also. They have a used parts area and they will wheel and deal on what they have in that inventory. Mostly stuff they have detrimmed from other bikes, saddle bags, sissy bars, etc.
