Bikers and smoking
Why does it seem so many bikers smoke? It's not my social circle either, because I dont have one, but when I'm out on a long ride where bikers tend to congregate I see more of them smoking than not. Like right now, I'm at Holiday Motel in Maggie Valley out wrapping up a silo of PBR in the rocking chair out front of my room and there's a couple groups of bikers out doing the same but most of them are smoking.
Is it like a death wish? If you're willing to ride a motorcycle than you're willing to die early so you might as well smoke too?

I used to ride with a co-worker who smoked. Heavy smoker. We once stopped to get gas and I looked over and saw him sitting on his bike filling his tank while smoking. I went off on him and asked if he ever heard of Gas City TX. Dummy admitted it was stupid and said he just was not thinking.
