Default Photochromic Bifocal Motorcycle Glasses

Has anybody ever come across photochromic bifocal motorcycle glasses?

Photochromic - yup. Bifocal - yup. Both together - nope. At least that's what I'm finding.

Perhaps I'll just have to buy and carry two pairs of Bifocals - one for the day and one for night.

I went to Pearl Vision and bought a pair of glasses that are photochromatic but are progressive, not bifocals. They dim in bright light and lighten up in darkness.
At the same time, I bought a pair of ***** X goggles from my dealer, and took them in to Pearl vision at the same time and had them fit them with prescription glasses also that dim in bright light and lighten up in low light. I did not get the Willey x in bifocals because didn't think I really needed bifocals.

No problem. You can get bipolar Rx for WileyX, Panoptyx etc with transitions..Pretty much many anything you can get in transitions on any brand. .I have purchased rx sugnlasses online before. Just upload the rx and thats it. With bifocals though they probably need otther measurements based on the lens and you might have to do that in person or take the measurements yourself. SportRX and freamesdirect are good places to window shop.

Is photochromic the same or similar to "transition" lenses? I have been wearing transitional bifocal eyeglasses for years. Of course, over time they weaken somewhat and when you go out in the sun they don't darken as much as they did when they were newer. And I normally don't wear my glasses while riding but on my after dinner rides where it may be about dark when I get home I do wear my glasses. When I start out it is still plenty light and my darkened eyeshield on my helmet will still come down over my glasses. Later, as the sun is dropping I raise my helmet eye shield and I still have my eyeglasses which will still darken somewhat but as the sun drops further my transition lenses revert to clear.
