Default Brake line heads up

I was giving my 2013 EGlide its annual checkup when I noticed some rust on the metal brake line that runs under the gas tank. When I checked I could see where the bracket had started to wear the line. Given enuf time it would wear thru and I'd lose presure to the front brakes. You might want to check this area on your bike.

Good find, may want to send that one to MoCo ! May just be isolated to your bike, but who knows.

Do you have front and rear brakes connected? Did not think they had that system back then. But then, I'm not a wise man as much as I am a wise ***!!!

Cut a length of fuel line about 3 inches long. Slit it lengthwise, and slip it over the brake line in that area.

They didn't have linked braking but the ABS module is under the right side panel if the bike was equipped with it.
