Do donuts in the parking lot till it dies. No more fuel.
I'd think syphon, then put a bit of stabilizer in and ride up and down the street till it dies.

Take your lineman pliers and cut the fuel line,,, turn on thekey and let the fuel pump do it's job. Don't forget to replace the fuel line when finished, that should be easy enough.
