Default 1936 Harley clutch/shifter system

Was at the dealer yesterday and they had a 1936 Harley on display. As I got to looking at the bike I noticed that it appeared to have both a hand clutch/heel-toe shifter as well as a heel clutch/ hand shifter.
I have never seen (or taken notice of) a system like this before.
Anyone familiar with this set-up?

Never seen a stock setup like this, but have seen several custom jobs. But what I suspect here is that you saw the front brake lever which was located on the left bar of the bikes of this era, and you might've cornfoozed that with a clutch lever. The stock foot clutch pedal is a heel-toe, called a rocker clutch.
