Default thundermax & blue pipes

bought a pre map loaded kit from Zippers with slip on's stage 1 and closed loop module. in first 2 mi pipes got blue ( i know what that means) Bike runs killer now... anybody had similar issues?

I blamed it on the long initialize idle time and maybe thinner aftermarket pipes. Hell, the rear pipe turned red hot with the stock ecm, but never with the tmax. Wouldn't worry about it if the afrs are in the norm. That is why heat shield were invented.
