&nbsp\\;Take it back to the dealer, paperwork in hand, skip the service dept. and go right to the general manager and if the owner is there let him/her know how yoyu feel about their service dept. Hopefully the service manager will find out about the service his dept. is providing to the dealerships customers. If you get a customer survey form fill out honestly, if the G.M. took care of the matter say it on the survey. I am all for do it yourself and keep records and receipts, for warranty reasons. by the way does that "new" back tire have the little tire mold hairs on it or did they clip them off too?

I think your Harley is probably ruined. You should sell it and go buy a Suzuki.

Now my experience with HD North Texas was a little different.&nbsp\\; I had my 1000 mile check-up plus pipes and SERT etc and they seemed to do a good job.&nbsp\\; Cost a fortune but the improvements were worth it.&nbsp\\; The tech even noticed that the bolts on my non HD quick release bags were loose and tightened them up.&nbsp\\;The tech&nbsp\\;did point out something I had not noticed, that the brake lever tip was broken off, but they did not offer to replace it. Odd.&nbsp\\; Happy otherwise, just have to make another trip back to get new levers.

I took my dyna in for the 7.5k service and I got it back with oil all over the filter and front parts. I could even see the fingerprints of the tech.

I do my oil myself now
