Good to hear. Never understood the charges being filed and the prosecutor asking the Grand Jury for a True Bill in the first place.

 

So basically, this was much ado about nothing much. Pity for the folks that already had him tried, convicted, executed, and drawn and quartered because he's a cop.

According to the artlicle, assault charges are still pending against the HA but I think all deserve the "innocent until proven guilty in a court of law" courtesy and full consideration of their constitutional rights. JMO.
