I took the experienced rider course last year as well , I enjoyed it and found the instructors to be quite knowledgeable it was worth the effort and I had the only harley in my class which the other riders really admired plus I got a insurance discount for completeing the course .

I use knowledge gained from that class every time I get on the bike. And it's saved my *** on more than one occasion, too.

Absolutely. I took it a few years ago when I had my Sporty. We have many members who take it every year. I am looking to sign up to take it on my Heritage. You learn a lot, well worth it. We have a member who usually racks up over 25K miles. That is quite a feat here in Minnesota and he takes if every year.
