I've heard that what ever happens in Cali spreads to the rest of the country but I haven't seen any kind of push for mandatory laws here.
I think if you guys get together, (in a serious way), you all can defeat this B/S.
It sounds un-constitutional to me.

I don't wear no helmet and will avoid anywhere that says I gotta wear one.

I'll believe it when I see it printed in the California Vehicle Code. In the meantime it's still mandatory. Thunder press had printed an article about 4 years ago that Washington (the state) and Texas were going to pass splitting laws and guess what, they both went down in flames. Texas is now going for a modified splitting law.

Oh I found it from one of the other guys threads.

They sound like a rightous group and get alot done for bikers.

Didn't CO pass an under 18 mandatory helmet law last year?
