Default Would you pay to have your bike washed & detailed?

What would you pay to have your bike washed & detailed? My fellow riders always tell me my bike is too clean. I just enjoy cleaning my bike. I have a few hours a day free so I am thinking of starting a mobile bike detailing business.
What do you think? A waste of time or possable revenue ahead.

I wouldn't pay someone to do it [I enjoy it] but know people who would.

I'd rather do it myself since there's not much to clean as opposed to an automobile and my bike is more of a personal possession than my Dodge Neon is.

Welcome. My suggestion is to call the local detailers in your area and ask what their going rate is. BTW, how about posting a pic(s) of your scoot

I had the dealer detail my RKC for me one time. I did not have the time before leaving on a trip so let them do it. They did a great job and was only $60. I thought it was a good deal. I would not do it all the time but on occasion I would.

Depending where you live and how affluent it is, your clienteles can be limited. I enjoy riding, I would not care less in detailing my bike. All my vehicles have the same treatment - Power wash and blow dry. THe last time I wax my care is 5 years ago. Trust me, I have expensive cars, shinny is not my thing.

Yes, if it was a good job.

Here's a site of a detailer in Toronto. Does good work at a fair price. www.innercitycycle.ca
