I buddy of mine that works for Siemens sent me this. I guess this bike raced on the Isle of Mann this year and completed the 36 mile race with an average speed of 101 mph.
This bike has no clutch, and dual front brake rotors.
Didn't average 101 mph. The article states that it only has a top speed of 100 mph and a 60 mile run time . That's like a lap and a half.
well the people who desighned it says it did and i wasnt there so i have to go with them
must have exceeded expectations.
i dont get the lap and a half comment.
I don't think they raced that one. The Isle of Man did have an electric category this year - and I don't recall seeing a chopper being raced. Would have been all over the news (notorcycle-wise) if they did race it. The winning entrant did average over 100mph tho. (And it definitely was not a chopper.....)
