Regardless on how it looks, I would highly suggest you sit on one before you pony up the bucks.

Last fall I was looking at them real hard for my sportster. Pretty much everyone posted that they will raise you up and set up back a bit. That didn't mean much to me at the time but a short while later I was at the local HD dealership and a guy pulled up with one on his sporty. We got to talking and I asked him if he minded if I tried it out. He said sure...and boy was I glad I tried it first. Being raised up some 2 inches was huge! I much preferred sitting down "into" the bike. So I went another route.

My experience.
