I thought I would resurrect this thread. I can tell you about my one and only dealings with Doug & TJ at Bad *** Chrome. I placed an order on 7/5/11 in which the item showed in stock had it not I wouldn't have placed the order. After a week with no shipment and no word from Bad *** Chrome I inquired as to why with no response. I later was able to contact Doug through his Ebay email and he at least would answer me telling me I needed to deal with TJ. I could go on I suppose but to make a long story short I received the part yesterday 7/18/11. From what I can tell and this is just from my one experience is that they they order it when you do, you are given the choice of several different shipping options and prices, I paid $6.35 for a priority mail box it came 2 weeks later in an envelope, almost no communication at all with Bad *** Chrome although I do manage to get 2 or 3 emails a day about the specials they are offering. Again these are just my observations from my one and only order but I don't believe I will be ordering from them again. Forgive the rambling

Wish I would have seen this before I ordered from them! It took two weeks to get my stuff. However, right after I placed my order I needed to edit it. It would not let me. After numerous phone calls with no success and three emails left un answered, I got the order, of course it was wrong. I've been trying to find out how to get a refund or return items but still have not heard back from Doug. They are terrible!

I bought from them 11/15 but status is still processing, processing, processing, what? By the problems all guys have had with them, should I stay? or should I go? (to refund my money at Ebay).

I would imagine reading these threads that thisguy doesn't stock anything he just gets an order, then orders the part in from another supplier thus keeping all his money in his own pocket.

I think you should contact the guy first and then report it to E-Bay,be aware that it takes forever if they got shipped via surface mail.How did you pay for the manuals?

I received my order on 13/01/2012 but it lacks two articles:

I sent them many emails that went unanswered


I saw on your forum that they had a bad reputation.

I can not contact them by phone because unfortunately I do not speak English

not paid with paypal, I can not get a refund
