Belray 85-140,, good from 60* and up,,, smooth shifts and 5th whine is all but gone.

Just another example of damn internet MISinformation. ALL M/C specific oil is wet-clutch compatible, and MANY car oils are too. Friction modifiers are the culprit, found in the lighter weight synthetic CAR oils but not in 20-50.

Feel free to run whatever you like but please don't mislead people with wrong information.

+1 on that,

I ran mobile 1 full synthetic in my racebikes with ZERO issues with the clutchpack for 2 seasons and always used on my street bikes too. And all my Metric bikes only had one place to put oil, it was all shared by the gear box and motor.

Now I am a fan of royal purple and redline products.

I put Spectro Heavy Duty Chaincase oil in my sporty and definitely noticed a difference. Smoother, quieter, and easier shifts.
