Largest handlebar mounted windshield.
OK, I am almost finished with my DNA Springer conversion on my Low Rider. Its clear that mounting my old full sized tombstone probablly would require some expert machine work with some crazy custom brackets to ever get that thing on the bike. So before I even try to mount that monster up, can anyone recomend a large, or somewhat large windshield that bolts just to the handlebars. The DNA has no bosses or anything so I'm looking for a handlebar setup only. If its easy on/off thats a plus too since this will only be used for longer trips that exceed 100+ miles. Ideas welcome.

You might want to rethink this. I had a friend who decided to put a handlebar mounted windshield on his Sportster. When we would meet a truck at highway speed on a two lane, the gust would blow the shield nearly back into his lap. One trip to Colorado with it was enough for him.

Windshield
I purchased a windshield from Memphis shades that has a quick release clip for the handlebars. my first long trip was 10,000 miles and I had no problem with oncoming trucks moving the windshield. It wasn't cheap, about $400. I guess if you pay for quality then quality is what you get.

I found this Slipstreamer. The 20 x 23 seems to be pretty darn big. Has anyone bought anything from these guys??

The biggest Memphis Shades is 22 or 20 wide and 18 high. All the people I have asked love Memphis Shades quality but its a bit smaller that the Slipstreamer.

Sounds like one of these two ought to fit the bill???
