My bottle on my J&S Jack began leaking last weekend. I have had the jack for 3 years with no problems until now. I use it a lot, for fluid changes, cleaning, maintenance, and winter storage. I e-mailed them on Sunday night to see what they could do. They replied on Monday morning and Cheryl let me know the price of a new bottle. I called Monday night and ordered it after having a great chat on the phone. It was sent UPS on Tuesday morning and arrived Thursday. I threw it on the jack and its up and working again. Its still my first choice for a jack and I am a very satisfied customer. By the way, the price was reduced by 5% for an HD Forum discount. They sold it at cost and included the shipping. If you are in the market for a jack.....check them out. Great products and great service!
