Just wanted to let the forum membersknow thatrecently I experienced a problem with the bottle jack on my 6 month oldJ&S jack, it starting leaking fluid, I called J&S on Monday, by Wednesday,I had a new bottle jack delivered to my door.
They were great on the phone, after telling them about the problem, they immediatly sent out the new bottle jack, no questions asked. I wish more businesses treated customers this way, a great jack, and people who stand behind their product, I'm gladI bought from such a reputable business.
Ijust thought the forum membersshould know what a pleasure it is to deal with people with sucha stong sense of integrity and what, I think,is a great way to conduct a business. Thanks again to Jim atJ&S Jacks.

When I ordered my J&S jack, they told me they would take care of me and back the product. Great to hear they took care of your problem so quickly. Thanks for sharing.
