Default j&s customer service A+

last week i noticed that my jack had a little oil seepage. i am doing tons of work the last two weeks in december and i will have my bikes on the jack 24x7. i didnt want to get a stuck bike so i called j&s and told him the scenario. i bought my jack a little over a year ago. he asked if i had the silver jack to whick i replied yes. he said he had a failure rate in the silver jack of approximately 1 in 100, and switched jacks to a new brand that he feels will be more reliable. its a black jack made manufactured in USA, but has a few asian parts. he is confident about this jack and was very transparent about trying to find a total US made jack, but it would put his price point out of a competative comparison. my new black bottle jack replacement arrived today and i am a very satisfied customer.

Good to know. I have the silver jack too. No problems so far. Good service is the best feature of any product you can buy. Glad to know I made the right choice.

Its good to hear they stand behind their product. The bottle jack is the complaint you hear about most with J&S jacks. Hopefully with the new bottle they'll have that corrected.

J&S replaced my silver jack about 9 months ago with another silver jack. If this one fails, I will have it replaced with the black one. So far, so good though. Very pleased with the jack overall.

Haven't heard of any problems w/J&S service - even when people call about the rubber pads wearing out, they'll send replacements (no questions asked). Good crew & great product!
