Default Pipe Blueing?

I have a new 2010 SG.....did the 103 kit / V&H Pro Pipe / SE snorkel heavy breather................. 95HP 97TQ and now noticed that the rear area of the chrome V&H Pro Pipe is starting to discolor bad......what will clean this up? And can I treat it with something to prevent this?

discoloration is usualy from running to lean or too rich, there is a cleaner for removing the bluiing and t oprevent it try putting some vht flame proof 2000degree cermaic header paint inside the pipe itself fro mthe head flange down.
