Default Rush Racing Slip On's

I have the 1.75" on my Sportster 1200. Love 'em. Low rumble sounds great! Can't wait to do the same to the new Dyna in the family! 2.25's are going to be LOUD. The 1.75's were louder than I expected- just FYI.

When I ordered mine they were out of the 2" so I took the 2.25" baffle. Very pleased with sound and quality. They are loud when you get on it, but just cruisin, you can definately hear them but they are fine. I can still hear the radio.

Rush with 2.0 baffles here. I like them and get lots of compliments on them. I wouldn't want them any louder. YMMV.

Have 2" and loving it every moment whether cruising in deep rumble or roll the throttle hard to produce loud barking sounds.

I have the Rush Baloney Cut 2.0" mufflers on my 2003 WideGlide.

Very good quality and sound great. They remind me very much of the 'Original' (for off road use only) Screamin' Eagle 2 mufflers that I run on most of my other bikes.

The Rush 2.0" mufflers have a very deep tone, don't have that 'tinny tone' common with many aftermarket mufflers, and really bark when you crack open the throttle.

Here is a small audio/video of the Rush 2.0" mufflers on my WideGlide at idle. The recording was made with an old Sony Digital camera with small built in mic so it doesn't capture the full tone, but it will give you an idea of how they sound;

I have the 2" straight cut slip ons. Very nice sound, deep rimble and fairly loud when you getting on it but low when just cruising. easily hear my radio. Rush is an A-1 company also, will stand behind their products.

I didn't like them on the 09. My 09 idles faster then the 06 & just didn't sound good. Very brash sounding when accelerating too. They scratched easily & I've heard that complaint from others. It looks like I'm in the minority so TIFWIW. They were 2".

I made the mistake of putting a set of 2.5" Rush on my Road King Classic and they were way to loud. I let someone have them that like'em a lot better than I did.

Another nice thing about the Rush mufflers, original Screamin' Eagle 2 mufflers, and other mufflers with internal baffles held in place with a set screw is that it's very easy to swap out baffles to adjust the tone.

A simple rule of thumb is the larger diameter of the baffle the 'larger the tone', the smaller diameter of the baffle the 'smaller the tone'.

If you want a quieter tone just bolt in a smaller diameter baffle, or bolt in a larger diameter baffle if you want them louder.
