The smaller the louder: correct! 0 is louder than 1 and 1.75 is louder than 2.25. Yes /no Prof 9

I agree with just about everyone here. I've got 2" on my street bob... love em! I dont think you'll hear really anything bad about them. As far as slip-ons go, I think Rush makes one of the best out there.

Wrong. 1.75" is quieter and the bigger you go gets loud and louder.

I'm not sure what "the best" is. Different brands have both different sounds and different looks. I have 2" Rush. They sound a lot different than my friends V&H's.

That's a good point... "Best" probably isnt the right word to use, since it's really a mater of opinion. What I was trying to say is they're generally very popular and well liked by many people. Some might say V&H sound better. Some might like Rineharts... but generally, yeah, Rush slip ons are pretty popular and, imo, sound great.

I like my Rush okay. They sound good. The chrome is a bit thin, but I have nothing to compare it against.

I have the Rush slip ons with 1.75 baffles on my '09 Deluxe with V & H air cleaner and PC-V. I like em a lot. The sound is deeper and less harsh than the Vance and Hines with quite baffles that I had on before.

They actually set off the alarm in my wife's car when I fired the bike up in garage. That's the first for this, probably a fluke.

Next I will go with the auto tune for the PC-V.
