Why would my bike make more noise on cool down?

Seems like mine doesn't do it as much as it used to. Either way doesn't bother me. I kinda like listening to it too.

GET RID OFF IT!!!!!
When it Snaps, Crackles, and Pops like that, it has obviously been cross-bred with a rice burner, somewhere along the line !!!!!!
