Default Installing Hot Toppers

I have purchased a set of Hot Toppers for my bike and need some advice.

Last month before the Thunder Beach Bike Rally I sprayed the engine and all the bolts with S100 Corrosion Protectant to keep any salt spray off.

Do you think I need to do some sort of special cleaning to get it off before installing the Hot Toppers?

Some of the Toppers require silicone adhesive, I know I probably need to clean those. Do you think I need to clean all of them?

Thanks for any advice.

Chrome looking covers for nut and bolt heads and other fasteners. Some made of metal, others some plastic like material.

I am glad "hot toppers" was clarified. I was thinking it was similar to "tea baggin'" or a " Bolivian Mudslide".

I don't understand the use of them. I know it is to pretty up a bike but what about checking bolts for loosness? Do they remove easily?

If you Push one down you'll see how hard they fit .

If you think it might fall off a dab of Silicon glue will work

hot toppers is a complete kit that should cover all exposed heads bolts, pretty finish all around!
