That reminds me.. TCHD also is the only dealer in the area that gives a strait 10% discount to HOG members on parts/accessories. That's another big plus in my book. And they have a monthly HOG night with free food and 20% off your first part, 15% off the rest of whatever you buy that night. Me like.

St. Paul HD is whats left of the old Belmont HD. Belmont was a real dump. I remember my dad and uncle taking me there as a kid. This was in the '70's before HD had moved into the mainstream "Respectible" category. I was just a kid and remember telling my dad some of these guys scared me. "Leave them alone, mind your own business and you will be fine." Good advice.

Anyway, St. Paul did NOT have the best reputation around here for a while. Poor service, expensive, blah blah blah.

St. Croix HD is where I bought my FXSTC. They were OUTSTANDING. I cant say enough good things about them.

I went to TCHD in 2003 to by a RK with cash out the door. After unsuccessfully getting a sales rep to even talk to me, I left. But, not before letting the mgr know what I thought on the way out. I approached several employees only to be told that since it was saturday, they were very busy. That was true but, as I was looking around I could over hear thier "busy" sales reps just shooting the bull with buddies. Zylstra was very happy to deal with me and give me a thousand dollars in store credit. Also, I dislike the way that TC HD doesn't recognize HOG or it's discounts. There I've said my piece.

I bought my WG from TCHD in 05, They were $1000+ cheaper from the get go and then threw some stuff in just to sweeten the deal.

No comprende Senior, they are the only dealer giving a HOG discount. Zylstra was using that VIP build up points crap. Give me 10% discount for being a HOG member and I'm a happy camper.

I totally agree. I don't care for the MVP program that some of the dealers are using. It's just a more expensive promotion. I like the 10% discount at T.C.H.D.
For me it more then pays for the annual HOG fees.

I don't mean to take anything away from TCHD but a little closer to home for you in Mauston WI is Reel Brothers Harley. They don't advertise sale prices but you could expect about $1000. below MSRP, on 2011's and that will include freight, set up & 1st service. They also offer 20% off extras for a few months after you purchase a bike
