Here's a few videos listed for replacing grips.

It would help if you had the shop manual for your bike so you know how to adjust your throttle cables after. You'll need a shim about 4mm, (a piece of cardboard folded works) to hold the front brake lever slightly open when you loosen and remove the switch housing top cover.
That small step will save your brakelight switch.

Instructions should be included with the grips. Plenty of info should also be available via the search function here or google.
Easy job. You can either cut off the left grip which is glued or you can use various techniques to remove it intact. I worked a piece of coat hanger under mine to break the glue bond and sprayed some wd 40 under it. Came off relatively easy.
Right grip is not glued.
I went with new HD grips which didn't require gluing. Some do and they're not a big deal to install either.

The procedure can be found in your factory service manual.
Prior to installing the left grip, wrap the handlebars with 2 wraps of electrical tape instead of glue then twist/push the grip on. Sometimes the glue doesn't hold.
